Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module provides these functions:

Function	Result
Move Inspection record to another Conduit	This transfers the inspection record to a different conduit. This can be used if the inspection was created on the wrong conduit.
Recalculate Filter Set	Recalculates all calculated fields on all inspection records in the current filterset.

How to Run a toolkit function

Before running any tool that affects a filterset, create a filter for the records that should be updated.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
Highlight one of the toolkit functions and click
Move Inspection record to another Conduit
1. The following pop-up appears:
2. Enter the Alt Conduit ID for the other conduit. Click the caption button or click in the field and press F9 for a picklist of conduits.
3. The tool automatically updates the inspection with the new Alt Conduit ID and updates any fields that are filled out from the conduit record.
Recalculate Filter Set
- The tool automatically runs and updates all calculated fields on all inspections in the filterset.
