The Open Warranty Notice is designed to warn users not to work on an asset that is under warranty. The notice helps to avoid unnecessary costs, or voiding warranties.
This appears based on the following criteria:
Work Order Status < 950AND
Work Order has at least one fleet, equipment, or facility asset listed in the Assets tab AND
Attached asset has at least one record in the Warranty module AND
Current system date <= warranty's Expiration Date.
