Once a Finance Enterprise (FE) Product has gone through the Purchase Request process, and has been ordered and received in FE, it can be entered into the FE Fixed Asset module. FE Fixed Assets can then be linked to Lucity Assets using the CS Fixed Asset field available on all Lucity Asset Inventory forms.
The CS Fixed Asset field is a live lookup to records in the FE Fixed Asset Information (FAUPAS) screen that enables you to tie the Lucity Asset record to the FE Fixed Asset record. The Fixed Asset integration creates a link between assets in both systems but provides no additional functionality.
Note: An FE Fixed Asset can be linked to multiple Lucity Assets.
