Corrective Actions

Corrective Actions are steps that must be taken to respond to a violation.

Corrective Action records must be linked to a Violation record.
Users may enter Corrective Action records:
- into the Corrective Actions grid on the Management Plan record; or
- if the Violation was created as part of an Inspection, on that Inspection record's Corrective Actions grid.

How to add a Corrective Action to a Notice/Violation

Corrective Action Record Fields

Corrective Action **	Describes the type of corrective action required for the violation. This pick-list is setup in the Corrective Action Setup module.
Notification Date **	Specifies the date on which the notification that prompted the corrective action was sent.
Notes	Enables the user to detail the required corrective actions.
Due Date	Specifies the date by which corrective action is required.
Complete Date	Indicates the date on which corrective action was taken.
Completed	Indicates that the required actions have been taken. Automatically updated by the Set Corrective Actions to Completed.... toolkit.
Detailed Description	Enables the user to detail the corrective actions taken.
