The Crystal Report plugin is used to display a Crystal Report on the Dashboard in either PDF or HTML format.
If a user must enter parameters to run a particular report, the plugin will request the parameters before the report is displayed.
Administrators can also configure the plugin to display a link to the report. When users click the link in the Frame, the report is launched.
Note: To speed up Dashboard load time, Lucity does not run reports every time the Dashboard is loaded. Instead, it runs and reloads reports after a specified amount of time has passed. By default, this period is every 4 hours.
