Load Subset tool

The Load Subset tool loads a set group of assets or address locations in the map.

To create/edit/delete subsets use the Manage Subsets tool.

  • Select four stacked subset records icon. The following pop-up appears:

  • Select the option to load an Inventory Subset.

    • Choose an Asset Type from the drop-down. The list displays only those asset types included in the map.

    • Choose a Subset of assets to load. Check the My Subsets only option to display only the subsets created by the current user.

    OR

  • Select the option to load an Address Subset.

    • Choose a Subset of addresses to load. Check the My Subsets only option to display only the subsets created by the current user.

  • Select Load. The designated assets or addresses are displayed in the map and in the Data Table.
